Why hire a PM who codes?
For seven years I've run product and delivery for enterprise teams, most recently leading data products at RBC Borealis. That job is about deciding what to build and making sure it actually ships.
On my own time I build. I use modern AI-assisted tooling to write, test and ship real software fast, and I review every line before it reaches you. You get someone who pushes back on scope that doesn't serve the goal, writes it down clearly, and then does the build.
